Tote bag CABAS

Tote bag “Cabas” is realized in naturally drummed black calfskin and black vintaged «cannetille»* embroidery. High quality of finishing gives a gentle «deer» feel to the leather and great resistance to scratches. The 100% cotton is used for the lining in dark purple color, «iris». There is a zipper pocket inside the bag. Designed and manufactured in France.

*The embroidery “cannetille” represents the stylized Russian imperial eagle, realized manually using very fine metal thread, according to the ancestral technique of the XVI c. Very popular in Europe and Russia in XVIII-XIX c., “cannetille” was used to decorate clothing and accessories. Disappearing with time, it is only used today as ornamentation in military costumes…
