Our products are mainly manufactured in France in a workshop specialized in luxury leather goods with more than 30 years of expertise.
To clean your products, you can use a slightly damp cloth to wipe off. To nourish, moisturize and maintain the skin you can use creams of milk for leather (we recommend the brand Adebola). To waterproof, it is important to perform a test on a small, inconspicuous part of the leather, before applying the product to the whole bag.
We strongly recommend avoiding using your product on rainy days. Leather is a living and natural material. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. In the case of use in the rain, it is common for small bubbles to appear on the leather. Those above will fade naturally over time.
When you are not using your product, we recommend that you place it in its protective bag, and ideally, put some tissue paper inside the bag, to maintain its original shape (like a shoe tree maintains the shape of your shoes). Close the zips and avoid wet areas.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
We ship to almost every country in the world.
Any order placed before 12 am is processed the same day. We accept returns within 14 days once your product is received. Please check that the products are not worn, washed, or damaged. Refunds are in the same form as the purchases. For foreign customers, the returns are the responsibility of the customer.
